If you’re at home but want to start exercising with a regular training, I have a solution for that.

You can exercise with me using whatever equipment you already have (or don’t have) – via Zoom, FaceTime, Google Duo, or Skype.

In-Home Training Equipment

Resistance Bands are PERFECT.

If you can find them, Shannon recommends resistance bands by Bodylastics, as you can do a LOT with them at home, they are relatively inexpensive and they come with a lifetime warranty.

Bodylastics band systems are graded by the total amount of weight you can create by combining the included bands.
